It’s a heavy-duty PVC sheet membrane, bonded to your deck substrate and heat-welded at every seam to form one seamless, waterproof surface. Unlike paints, coatings, or roll-on products that crack and peel, a welded vinyl membrane stays continuous — there’s no seam for water to find.
